Shipping Fee and Refund Policy
The estimated delivery time for each product is provided on its individual product page. Please review this information before proceeding to checkout.
Shipping fees vary based on the destination country and the total weight of the items in your order.
For Domestic shipments within Australia, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of the package.
For International orders, shipping fees will be determined by both the destination country and the total weight of the items.
Once your purchase is complete, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the actual weight of your items, and the follow-up email with a payment link will be sent to your inbox.
Payment for shipping is due within 48 hours of receiving the email notification. Please ensure the payment is made within this time frame. Failure to do so will result in your order not being processed for shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued after this period, and please be aware that returns are not accepted.

We utilize Australia Post and third-party delivery services, such as Sendle and UPS Express, for shipping our products. These services are chosen based on the destination and size of the package to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Please note that all liquid items classified under dangerous goods can only be shipped via UPS Express, which may incur higher charges. Additionally, certain countries are restricted by Australia Post from receiving liquid items. Currently, Australia Post only permits the shipment of liquid items to Singapore, Japan, and for domestic deliveries within Australia. For all other countries, UPS Express will be required for shipping liquid items. Thank you for your understanding.
